Kitchen and bathroom building work
Kitchens and bathrooms often sit at the centre of a wider renovation. MYLU Build can provide the building and carpentry work needed to alter, prepare, install and finish these spaces as part of a coordinated project.
Our approach is practical: establish the existing condition, define the work required and coordinate the construction elements so the finished room works properly and looks right.
What we can help with
Depending on the project, work can include removal and preparation, internal alterations, carpentry, flooring, wall and ceiling preparation, fitting support and finishing works.
- Kitchen refurbishment and renovation
- Bathroom refurbishment and renovation
- Internal alterations and preparation
- Carpentry and fitted elements
- Flooring and finishing work
- Building work supporting new layouts
Part of a wider property refurbishment
Kitchen and bathroom work can be delivered as a standalone improvement or as part of a wider refurbishment or extension. Where several trades are involved, we can help keep the building and finishing elements coordinated through the project.
Planning the right approach
Every property is different. Existing services, walls, floors, access and the condition of the room all affect how the work should be approached. We assess the practical requirements before agreeing the scope so there are fewer surprises during the build.
